Vision Beyond can find its roots all the way back to the mid 1980’s. 

As we struggled through our own work place issues, we would get together, compare notes and collaborate on possible solutions. 

We realized we were able to more efficiently develop solutions working together than on our own. This process expanded into planned coaching sessions with subordinates intended to provide a professional development program within each of our organizations. 

We concluded the primary reason there are so many issues in developing leaders, is the limited opportunity for education in the supervision field. 

Vision Beyond, L.L.C. was developed in February, 2001, to provide basic leadership instruction to meet this training need.  Currently two or three 40 hour classes are offered each year. We are also capable of expanding that capacity as well as provide direct consultation to companies upon request.
